All-Utah weighting: The difficulty multiplier is applied only when comparing players statewide. Team context uses 50% record, 30% live opponent-record SOS and 20% quality wins. Strong schedules and quality wins can boost a player more than a weak schedule can hurt one. SOS below the 40th percentile receives a gradual deduction. Maximum weak-SOS deductions are 5% All-Utah, 4% All-Rural/All-State and 2% All-Region. Average schedules are neutral, and beaten opponents gain value retroactively through their current record and State Top 25 tier.

Live schedule context is active: every completed opponent updates with its current record; wins over State Top 25 teams receive an additional modest tier boost. Only bottom-tier SOS is penalized, with the deduction intentionally capped below the strongest positive context boost.
